• Chinese Medical Massage (Tui Na) – Tui Na is a Chinese manipulative therapy. Dr. Blair will brush, knead, roll, press and rub an injured person’s body, using her palms, fingertips and knuckles to remove blockages along the meridians of the patient’s body to stimulate blood to promote healing. 

• Cupping – Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy  applied to relieve stagnant blood and a poor energy flow through your body.  Dr. Blair applies cups—typically glass or silicone—to your skin to create a pressure that sucks your skin inward.  The pressure that the cups create draws blood to the affected area, increasing your blood flow. The increased blood flow can relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation.

• Moxibustion – An alternative therapy which involves the burning  of herbs and applying the resulting heat to specific points of the body.

Dr. Blair provides B12 injections to assist with weightloss and wellness.

Herbal consultations are provided to assist you with restoring both your physical and mental balance utilizing herbs.
